A Saar-Pfalz football derby keeps all emergency services in Saarbrücken on high alert, including Chief Inspectors Leo Hölzer, Adam Schürk, Esther Baumann, and Pia Heinrich. After the game, a death is reported from the emergency room. Andreas Schneider collapsed in the ER with a fractured skull and a stab wound and could not be saved.
